Go to CCI (Chew chew island), keep moving to the last map as shown above.
Keep it short, this map has unusual spawn rate even without kishin, just like dim light. You can train your character from lvl 208 onwards as those mobs are lvl 213. There are already a lot of people training in this map already. This is the best map to train on currently in MapleSEA.
