I think it's interesting that Adam Lambert's American Music Awards performance was edited for the west coast feed of the show and I thought his thoughts on the subject were pretty poignant.

Lambert does have a point when it comes to the double standard. I also really love his statement, "If it made you uncomfortable then maybe I'm not for you," because it lends an authenticity to him as a performer that not a lot of people have. (Not that I'm the authority on who is or isn't authentic obviously.)

Either way, not sure if I'm loving the song but I am definitely loving the perspective.
